Arm - Software Engineering Intern (LLVM Compilers)

  • Designed and implemented Python and C++ version parsing tools to extract information from patch files and integrated it into LLVM code coverage tools to show data about added/deleted files as well as added lines of code resulting from new patches
  • Improved coverage by writing unit tests using GoogleTest framework and extended functionality in LLVM tools to generate HTML report to put up code coverage results from patches for review by adapting the LLVM tools output accordingly
  • Reverse-engineered LLVM code coverage report generation for integration purposes and developed project in Docker container

  • Worked within Software Quality Assurance team to validate software before launching into the market, with the collaboration of the DevOps team; gained technical skills for software validation cycle and built a test coverage matrix for the software
  • Researched and learned the scripting language to automate the process of software testing and utilised image recognition technologies to build an AI model for machine learning on automation platform to analyse data from test log for bug tracing
  • Applied functionalities within the AI model to run both directed and random test cases to validate the usability of the software

Amplify Trading - Summer Trainee
